weight: 400;”>I thought I didn’t like cranberries. All I had known of them as a child was the canned cranberry sauce that was bought solemnly at Thanksgiving every year. They say we eat with our eyes, and well, let’s just say my eyes didn’t find canned cranberry sauce very tasty. Flash forward 30 years to today, my desire to learn how to make everything from scratch and what do you know, cranberry sauce made the list.

weight: 400;”>This recipe started my love for all things cranberry. It’s a tasty mix of sweet and tangy and has the benefits of using whole foods. Cranberries contain a lot of antioxidants, they help our immune system and promote the health of the digestive tract. So if you’ve never tried homemade cranberry sauce, I think you should try this.
